Refund Policy

Digital Product
Mario's Humidor Pro is a digital subscription service. Because you receive immediate access to all Pro features upon purchase, all sales are generally final.
Purchased in the Android App
Purchases made through Google Play are billed and refunded by Google, not by us — we do not have the ability to issue Google Play purchase refunds directly. Request a refund through the Google Play app (Subscriptions) or at
support.google.com/googleplay, subject to Google's own refund policies.
Purchased on the Web
Purchases made through marioshumidor.com are processed by Stripe. Contact us at
support@marioshumidor.com to request a refund, subject to the exceptions below.
Cancellations
You may cancel your Pro subscription at any time from your device's subscription settings or by contacting us. Cancellation stops future renewal, but you keep Pro access through the end of your current billing period. No partial refunds are issued for unused time remaining in a billing period.
Exceptions
We do not offer refunds for:
• Annual subscriptions after they've renewed
• Accounts that have been terminated for violation of our Terms of Service
• Promotional or discounted subscriptions unless required by law
Mario's Humidor is strictly a software utility and inventory management platform. This platform does not sell, ship, or facilitate the purchase of cigars, tobacco, or related smoking accessories.
