How do I add a cigar to my collection?
Tap the camera icon on the Collection tab to scan a cigar band — Mario will identify the brand, line, and vitola automatically. You can also add a cigar manually with the "+" button.

What happens if my Pro membership ends?
Your account switches to free. Your sensors keep working: you'll see live humidity and temperature and the last 7 days of readings for one humidor, with pack-based alerts. Your collection stays as it is: you can view, edit and remove cigars, and add new ones while you're under 25. Ask Mario and Mario's Club are part of Pro.
How long do you keep my data after Pro ends?
We keep your full reading history and sensor pairing for 12 months after Pro ends. Rejoin any time in that window and everything is back in one tap. After 12 months on free, older sensor readings may be removed. Your collection, journal and notes are not removed.
How much sensor history does Pro keep?
All of it. Pro keeps your full sensor history for as long as you're Pro. Readings older than a year are kept as hourly averages, so long-range charts stay fast.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Manage or cancel your subscription from the Google Play app under Subscriptions on Android, or from the Profile tab if you subscribed on the web. Cancelling stops future billing — you keep Pro access through the end of your current billing period. See our

Is my data private?
Yes. Your cigar collection, journal, and sensor data are stored securely and only accessible to you. We never sell your data. See our

How do I delete my account?
You can permanently delete your account and all associated data from More → Account Settings → Delete Account inside the app, or by emailing
support@marioshumidor.com.
